Cyborg Soldier
Ooit was Isaac een ter dood veroordeelde misdadiger. Nu is hij in een geheim experiment omgebouwd tot een menselijk wapen: een supersoldaat, half mens, half machine. Zodra Isaac beseft wat hij is geworden, slaat hij op de vlucht. Bij zijn ontsnappingspoging neemt hij politievrouw Lindsay (Tiffani Thiessen) mee als gijzelaar. Onderweg ontdekt zij de waarheid achter Isaac's bovenmenselijke krachten en besluit zij hem te helpen. Achtervolgd door de huurlingen van Dr. Hart, die zijn prototype koste wat kost terug wil, vechten Isaac en Lindsay voor hun levens...
